WAP Panel Series | Engineered Aluminum Plate Systems
The CSI-WAP™ panel series is a precision-engineered, fully welded aluminum plate system designed for architectural custom-, façade- and metal roofing applications. Fabricated from solid aluminum plate with concealed fastening, WAP panels deliver a clean, monolithic appearance with exceptional durability, structural performance, and long-term reliability. Panels are custom-fabricated in a wide range of sizes, and geometries to support complex architectural designs of any shape.

Finish Options | Premium PVDF & Custom Color Matching CSI’s proprietary baked enamel PVDF finish is applied post-fabrication, creating a seamless, high-performance surface with superior color retention and corrosion resistance. Finishes are available in matte, satin, and metallic options, with full RAL color selection and custom matching available to meet project-specific design intent.

WAP systems are engineered and tested to exceed industry standards, including high wind uplift resistance and compliance with stringent building codes such as Miami-Dade HVHZ requirements. Panels integrate with rainscreen assemblies and utilize precision attachment systems to ensure consistent alignment, durability, and long-term envelope performance.
The CSI-WAP™ demonstrates exceptional versatility, shown here in a precision-fabricated double-curved custom wide-boxed-rib roof panel, achieving complex geometry and smooth, continuous form even in solid 1/8” aluminum plate, a capability rarely attainable with conventional sheet metal systems.
